Ecobright SUPERSORBENT Iron
Ecobright SUPERSORBENT Iron is a filter material for water purification with passive catalytic properties aimed at removing iron (dissolved and oxidized), hydrogen sulfide, and reducing water turbidity caused by metal oxides. Catalytic properties are revealed in the presence of any oxidizing agent in the water (air, oxygen, ozone, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, etc.).
The iron removal rate is higher than that of the Ecobright SORBENT Iron filter medium due to increasing of pH to 1 … 2.
Under normal conditions, the frequency of replacement is once every 5 to 10 years (depends on water quality).
